If we are sick definitely our activities will be disrupted. Not feeling well, and have to take some rest because of illness. But meanwhile we still have many assignments and it will inevitably delay the work. If we are sick and keep working then the pain will not disappear. The burden of our minds become much severe and just make things worse and we will become increasingly ill.
If this happens then we have to really relax. The regeneration is more common at the time of our minds relax. So when? Of course when we sleep. In addition to sleep, what else? I remember while ago when I got sick, my friend came to my house and asked me to accompany him went out of town. At first I hesitated because my condition didn’t so good, but it didn’t really matter. While enjoyed the travel until destination I didn’t think about my feeling, my illness. Until there I just found out that my pain was reduced. Why was that? Because when I was at home my mind was burdened by the pain and then was erased by the new thoughts that I have gained during the trip. The point-I didn’t think about my pain and filled my mind with positive thoughts.
In conclusion, this is one way to reduce illness or pain. Fill our minds with positive thoughts or we must change our mindset from a negative into a positive mindset. With such a positive way of thinking then our bodies will also be affected. But if your mind is sad or negative, the illness will not heal.
